Your trainer:

I’m Sini Ramo (she/her), a Gender Specialist and the Founder and CEO of Global Equality Matters. My purpose is to deliver meaningful and practical results for gender equality and inclusion globally through consulting, capacity building and advisory services.

I bring over 12 years of experience in gender and communications in global development and humanitarian settings with NGOs, private sector and international organisations such as the UN. I hold a Bachelors degree in International Relations from the University of Sussex and a Masters degree in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science, with a focus on gender and feminist approaches.

I’ve delivered successful training workshops on gender-responsive and inclusive communications for various teams and organisations and I continue to get inspired by the change and a-ha moments I get to witness in participants in my training.
